Vitamin D is a vitamin produced in the skin under the influence of sunlight. Vitamin D is also found in fatty fish such as salmon, eel and mackerel, as well as egg, butter, margarine and mushrooms. Still, you may not get enough vitamin D from food or sunlight; this may be true for everyone. D-25 is then a good option to supplement your diet. Vitamin D helps ensure that calcium is properly absorbed from food.
Sometimes you may have an increased need for vitamin D3. For example, because you are getting older or have very dark skin or hardly ever go outside. Also, children up to 4 years old, pregnant women or people who wear skin-covering clothing can sometimes benefit from a basic vitamin D supplement. In that case, supplementing your diet in the form of a dietary supplement may be a good option.

Suggested use
The recommended dosage is 1 tablet daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. Contains natural sugar and sweetener. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Store dry and at room temperature, out of reach of children. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
