For most, the daily recommended (minimum) amount of vitamin D is 10 micrograms. But there are also many people who need more vitamin D because their skin does not produce enough of it itself under the influence of the sun. In food you can find Vitamin D in fatty fish, egg, butter, margarine and mushrooms. Vitamin D helps ensure that calcium is properly absorbed from food.
Ingredients
Orthica's D-10 contains sweetener (xylitol), dextrose, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (talc, stearic acid, magnesium stearate), cholecalciferol.
Allergen information
Orthica's D-10 does not contain yeast, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colors, flavors and fragrances. Suitable for vegetarians.
Suggested use
The recommended dosage is 1 tablet daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Suitable for children 3 years and older. Contains natural sugar and sweetener. Overuse may have a laxative effect. Store dry and at room temperature, out of reach of children. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
