Curcuma

Curcuma is also known as turmeric. From the root of this plant, mainly in India, the bright yellow spice turmeric (or turmeric or galanga) is extracted. The official name of the plant is Curcuma longa. Curcuma is related to ginger. As a spice, you find the herb especially in Eastern cuisine, in curry for example and in dressings and all kinds of sauces. This dietary supplement contains 500 mg of curcuma longa extract per capsule. This extract is dissolved in small fat globules (phospholipids complex from Meriva®1) and that makes the curcuma easily absorbable.

But in addition to being a spice for cooking, curcuma contributes to maintaining health. For example, curcuma supports the blood and blood circulation. Thereby, as an antioxidant, it helps the normal functioning immune system. Thereby, it helps the liver perform its cleansing function. Finally, curcuma is good for your skin and your throat and airways. Due to its phytosomal form (fat globules), curcuma is easily absorbed. Curcuma from Orthica combines well with products from the Orthiflor series, Orthica's probiotics.

Ingredients
Orthica's Curcuma contains filler (microcrystalline cellulose), Curcuma longae extract and phospholipid complex, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Allergen information
Orthica's Curcuma does not contain yeast, sucrose, synthetic preservatives, synthetic colors, flavors and fragrances. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Suggested use
The recommended dosage is 2 capsules daily, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during a meal. The maximum dosage is 6 capsules per day. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage. Do not use during pregnancy or lactation.
