Indications and uses
Several studies have shown that the ingredients in CHILDREN'S MULTI may be useful for: Development and growth phases, situations of increased physical and mental need such as back-to-school or stress situations. It also prevents deficiencies caused by little or no appetite, recovery, weakened immunity or fatigue.

Warnings
This product is not recommended for children taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet medications. For children under 4 years of age: consult a physician before use.

Vitamin C
Vitamin C plays a fundamental role as an antioxidant. It deactivates free radicals in an aqueous environment and regenerates vitamin E. It supports tissue development and promotes iron absorption, and is fundamental to an efficient immune response, effectively reducing the symptoms and duration of a cold in winter.

Calcium
This is a necessary mineral for the formation and maintenance of bone structure, muscle contraction and cell membrane balance (action potential), and it participates in blood clotting. CHILDREN'S MULTI contains an optimal ratio of calcium to magnesium (2:1) for proper muscle formation, nerve cell signaling, hundreds of enzymatic reactions and generation of cellular energy.

Iron
Iron is an important mineral for hemoglobin production in red blood cells and muscle tissue formation. It improves cognitive development in children and academic performance in adolescents. Iron supplementation prevents or reduces iron deficiency anemia, which leads to delayed mental and physical development, fatigue or lower activity levels, and lower immunity to infections. Our formulation incorporates iron in chelated form for greater bioavailability.

Vitamin D3
This vitamin is essential for calcium metabolism and bone development, as well as for proper immune function. Deficiency of this mineral causes rickets (lack of bone and cartilage mineralization during growth).

Vitamin E
Vitamin E participates in the synthesis of sex hormones and helps prevent oxidative stress. Insufficient intake is linked to immune deficiency.

Thiamine (vitamin B1)
Thiamine is essential for carbohydrate metabolism. It participates in the various metabolic pathways of protein and fat, synthesis of acetylcholine, transmission of nerve impulses, and maintenance of normal growth.

Riboflavin (vitamin B2)
Riboflavin plays a fundamental role in energy metabolism and is required for fat, carbohydrate and protein metabolism, and a host of cellular processes.

Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3)
Nicotinamide is essential for cellular energy metabolism and DNA repair. Deficiency causes pellagra, a disease characterized by the development of mucosal disorders and changes in the nervous system.

Pyridoxine (vitamin B6)
Pyridoxine acts in numerous biochemical reactions as an enzymatic cofactor. It is involved in protein and amino acid metabolism, and to a lesser extent in fat and carbohydrate metabolism. It also participates in the synthesis of nucleic acids and hemoglobin.

Folic acid (vitamin B9)
Folic acid participates in the biosynthesis of nucleic acids and thus is essential for cell division and the formation of red blood cells and leukocytes.

Methylcobalamin (vitamin B12)
This coenzyme plays a role in cell replication and maintenance of the myelin sheath of the CNS. Deficiency causes megaloblastic anemia, digestive changes and nervous disorders. Our formulation includes the most active form of this vitamin on the nervous system.

Biotin (vitamin B8)
Biotin acts as a coenzyme in carboxylation reactions and is thus absolutely necessary in various metabolic functions for obtaining energy. It helps in the production of fatty acids and proteins, activates their metabolism in hair and nails, and is important for the maintenance of the skin and mucous membranes.

Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5)
This is important for cellular respiration and the biosynthesis of fatty acids, cholesterol and acetylcholine, among others, making it essential for energy, mental performance and the metabolism of certain hormones and vitamin D. Deficiency can lead to fatigue, insomnia, depression, digestive disorders and upper respiratory tract infections.

Iodine
Iodine is fundamental to the development of thyroid hormone and cell metabolism, as well as to the functioning of all organs, especially the brain, making it essential during childhood, as it can improve learning skills and intellectual potential, increasing IQ scores by up to 13 points. Deficiency can affect a child's neurological development.

Magnesium
Magnesium is part of the bone matrix and plays a fundamental role in muscle relaxation. Deficiency can also cause vomiting, nervousness and insomnia. It is included in this formula in its most bioavailable form.

Zinc
Zinc is necessary for optimal absorption of folic acid. It participates in the process of cell division, reducing the risk of delayed growth. It also reduces the frequency and severity of diarrhea. Zinc deficiency is associated with skin lesions, slow wound healing, hair loss and brittle nails, but chronic deficiency can cause hypogonadism (small reproductive organs) and delayed sexual maturation.

Copper
Copper is necessary for many enzymatic processes, and its deficiency alters ATP production, lipid oxidation, hormone activity, angiogenesis and lung and skeletal structures.

Choline
Choline participates in several metabolic reactions. It is present in cell membranes in the form of lecithin or phosphatidylcholine, a substance that plays an important role in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, amino acids and purines. It is also a precursor of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter in the brain that is fundamental to nerve transmission and proper brain function.
