In addition, this supplement also contains herbs and plant extracts such as kelp (contains 1% iodine) and alfalfa.
B 100 SR contains vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, folic acid, B12 and vitamin C that are beneficial in reducing fatigue and tiredness. Vitamin B1, B3, B6, B12, biotin and vitamin C are beneficial for memory, concentration and mood. Iodine plays an important role in mental exertion and activity, and supports energy metabolism. Iodine also has a positive influence on nervous system function and is essential for thyroid hormone production. In addition, folic acid (B11) contributes to resistance to stress.

Suggested use
The recommended dosage for B-100 SR of Orthica is 1 tablet per day, unless otherwise advised. Preferably take during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not suitable for children up to and including 17 years of age. Store dry and at room temperature, out of reach of children. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Natural ingredients may cause variation in color.
