Proteins in our body are made up of a number of "building blocks," which we call amino acids. These amino acids in turn are made up of even smaller building blocks: carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen and sometimes sulfur.
There are about 22 amino acids, with which countless combinations can be formed. As a result, there are thousands of proteins that are important to our bodies. Suggested use
The recommended dosage of Amino Acids is 5 capsules 1-2 times daily with water. For athletes (strength training, endurance sports) take 5-10 capsules approximately 20 minutes before the start of training. For athletes according to trainer's and/or nutritionist's specifications. This dietary supplement is not used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Store the product out of reach of small children. This product is not suitable for children under 4 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Do not store above 25 degrees.
