Springfield's alpha-lipoic acid is a dietary supplement that in diabetes patients contributes to reducing oxidative stress, preventing beta cell destruction, improving glucose uptake in tissues, and reducing the development of diabetic neuropathy. In HIV patients, it helps to inhibit HIV virus replication and normalize glutathione levels. When combined with acetyl-L-carnitine, alpha-lipoic acid contributes to cellular energy production.

Ingredients
Alpha lipoic acid, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), stabilizer (capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).
